When renting a property through Ardan Lettings our professional, approachable and friendly staff will take away any stress and give you complete peace of mind that we are working really hard to find you a new home.

We pride ourselves in our professional service and are able to give advice and information on any aspect of renting a property.

• Tenancy Agreements

• Application process: Application forms are available on viewings, by calling into our shop or via email. Each tenant over the age of 18 must complete an application form.
• Viewings:Viewings are mainly weekdays from 9am – 5pm. We can do flexible viewings on some evenings or weekends up on request.
• References:References are required when applying for a tenancy through Ardan Lettings, please refer to our application form for what is needed, or contact us.

  We provide all past tenants with Landlord references from ourselves free of charge. Please contact us or call into our shop if you require a Landlord reference.

• Guarantors:We can provide advice to tenants and guarantors about their obligations and what it means to be a guarantor.

  A guarantor is required where the applicant has an adverse credit history; the applicant is under 25 years of age, or where housing benefit is claimed. A guarantor may also be required at the Landlords discretion.

We work very closely with our Landlords to ensure that all properties are well maintained and meet all current regulations.
